Costume Notes

We love seeing everyone's creativity during Halloweek! Just a few friendly reminders to keep things safe, fun, and dance-friendly:

  • Keep it moveable! Costumes should allow dancers to move freely and safely. Please leave any weapon-like props or potentially dangerous accessories at home.

  • Keep it family-friendly! Choose costumes that are appropriate for dancers of all ages.

​

  • Don't forget footwear! Breaking and Hip-Hop dancers should bring clean athletic shoes to change into. Dancers in other styles may be asked to dance barefoot or in socks, depending on the class.

​

  • Keep it kind! All our usual expectations for respectful behavior and following teacher directions still apply—even when we're in disguise!

Parking Lot Note

​

  • Our parking lot can get especially busy during class transitions, and with extra friends joining us for Halloweek, parking may be more limited than usual.

​

  • We kindly ask everyone to be patient and considerate when arriving and leaving the studio. We also highly encourage carpooling whenever possible, especially this week, to help make room for all our dancers and their guests.

​
